Buckingham Heights is the gold star standard if you are looking for the best memory care for your loved one. They have the best staff that continually puts my mother’s needs first as they provide exemplary service. Highly recommend as I have done with many friends!!

“We’ve had peace of mind…”
My mom moved into Buckingham Heights in January after spending more than two years in another facility. That facility had a memory care wing, but as her dementia progressed, the level of support didn’t seem to keep pace. We needed a place that truly specialized in memory care. Buckingham has been a noticeable improvement.
The staff here understand the complexities of dementia and respond with patience and consistency. They take the time to get to know the residents, not just manage them. I’ve seen them meet my mom where she is, rather than trying to fit her into a routine that doesn’t work for her.
The communication with families is straightforward and reassuring — if something comes up, we hear about it. The building is clean and calm, and the programming is thoughtful and geared toward engagement, not just passing the time.
No memory care transition is easy, but we’ve had peace of mind knowing she is in a place that is equipped for where she is now.
